I am a perfectionist and I try to build my radio-controlled construction models to the highest quality and detail. I was looking for a device that can actually allow me to achieve this goal. Previously I was not able to work with steel or stainless steel, and because of the fine detail and precision work I was not able to weld with a normal TIG welder. I was recommended by a mate of mine who saw a demonstration of the PUK welder at an expo. I contacted LAMPERT, explained situation and they advised me the exact equipment I needed. I invested in a PUK 5 welder and was able to obtain a pay back within 6 Months. The PUK enables me to do additional repair and restoration of jewellery over traditional flame soldering methods through less heat dispersion, pinpoint control and seamless joints. I selected the PUK 5 over other welders for its quality, support service, no maintenance requirements and end welding results.
I have used various models of the PUK over the past 15 years and currently have a PUK5 at my bench. I have yet to find a more versatile machine for a jeweller’s workshop. Only imagination limits application where the PUK is involved. I made first experience with a PUK back in 2003 in State Drawing Academy Hanau. It was the PUK111 and I instantly fell in love with it.
With PUK’s help I can realize any of my ideas. It makes welding of different metals and combining them with different materials a lot easier. Especially since I often use very thin metal sheets and wires, the PUK is the perfect tool for me.
I had different PUK models in my workshop already – the PUK 3s, PUK 04 and now the PUK5 – and every new model has offered an increased accuracy and improved welding results.
That is why the PUK has become one of the most important pieces of equipment in my workshop.

I think every goldsmith workshop needs a PUK to speed up the jewellery repairs and production.
Doing jewellery repairs, the ability to add small areas of metal is vital and was missing for the first 25 years of my time as a jeweller.
Then I heard about the welders that were becoming available so I bought a Lampert PUK3S and several years later I am still using it for most of the repairs that I do.
It paid for itself in the first year because it saves me so much time.
It opens up new possibilities such as repairing bracelets without having to refinish them all over, retipping stones like emeralds without removing them, tacking things together before soldering, repairing porosity etc. In most cases it's faster and cleaner than soldering.

Now with this fantastic new PUK I have moved away from using a naked flame and I mainly use my PUK for most of my repairs, its faster, cleaner and when working on some delicate stones such as opal or emerald, the repair is always safe.
It has also saved me so much more time allowing me to do more work in a day improving productivity.
No goldsmith should be without one.
Orthodontic soldering is now a thing of the past. TIG welding is far superior in every way. The possibilities are endless with the PUK D2 TIG welder. Preparation is minimal and joins are stronger and smoother than soldering.
Since I have been using the PUK D2 I have not had any appliance breakages. Many jobs were not possible when I was limited to soldering. Now I can add small attachments to my appliances with little distortion from overheating. Intricate designs are easily and quickly added to any job with minimal preparation. Almost no finishing and polishing is needed saving much time and money. Working under the microscope makes welding much more precise.
Not only is this PUK D2 excellent, the Lampert ambassadors are also very helpful. I had many conversations with them and they were more than happy to help. They always urged me to keep in touch as they want everyone to appreciate this machine as much as they do.

I have been working with precious metal for almost 50 years and some of my tools were passed on to me by a goldsmith who began work in about 1920. The PUK settled into a workshop where the anvil, planishing hammer and draw plates are used daily.
When the PUK arrived I had a problem to solve. I had just finished a custom ring with a 2.25 carat diamond set in two very wide prongs. I hadn’t gotten quite enough platinum over the diamond to feel secure. After about 5 hours of practice with the PUK I was able to add 0.75mm of clean platinum to the top of the prongs and hammer it down over the diamond. No seam and no porosity. Just like the extra platinum had always been there.
The PUK was already paying its own way.
Experience with Puk 3 welder at Jewellex 2009:
"I was on a hunt for a tool machine that is going to help me to make life easy doing fine soldering to chains, retipping claws on pieces without wasting too much time or money.
I guess in the last 5 hours of a Jewellex show being the last day, this was going to be a challenge that I never knew was going to make my dream come true. Walking down one of the aisles passing jeweller after show room, I saw a guy doing something weird but it was flashing spark lighting, this drew my attention.
A dream started to unfold at that very moment, I stood and watched this gent looking through a microscope and doing something that had blown me away, welding two pieces of metal together. I started asking questions - can you solder, weld a bracelet together without taking coloured stones out, his reply was 'yes', can you weld new claws on to a ring with stones and or coloured stones again 'yes'! – I asked please can I try, so he stood up and showed me to set up to suite my vision eye focus and I started welding ok at first it was messy, I sat for over an hour experimenting and I was glued to that chair. Honestly, at this time I just had a million mind flashes of what I was going to use my Puk 3 for and how it was going to work for me making life easy and more money with less stress.
Well its now two and a half years later and I have not only used my Puk welder for difficult jewellery repairs, it’s used in my workshop every day. I have also applied it in the Opticians world, helping to repair broken frames of glasses, all makes and metals types. It’s amazing, most repairs you cannot even see the repair, as being a micro weld. The real magic using the Puk there is so little heat you hold the piece in your hand and no burns.

The DENTA PUK was an excellent machine. I was working with the DENTA PUK for about two years and I couldn't believe that there could be a better welding device, but I changed my mind when I tried the PUK D2. Easier handling through the touch screen. Just choose your settings and weld. Easy welding even on orthodontic bands of thickness down to 0.1 mm. We don’t have to think about soldering anymore.
I’m a perfectionist who continually develops and researches techniques that will enhance my abilities to perform tasks more quickly and with better results. Many times I receive objects that will be so time-consuming to repair, the customer opts out because of the cost. Because of this, I had decided a couple of years ago to try a friend’s laser welder which would hopefully cut down on the time it took to perform certain repairs. The running back and forth from my shop to his became very time-consuming. In addition, the containment area of this laser welder (as with all laser welders), didn’t allow me to repair larger objects.
This same individual had a PUK 2. He allowed me to borrow it as I knew a laser welder would be too costly to purchase. I immediately found customer jobs that would allow me to put the PUK through its paces. The very first piece I attempted with the welder was a piece of Judaica that had its glass finial broken off. This very thin, coin size piece of glass was surrounded by a saw tooth bezel. Normally, I would have had to unset the glass (very risky because of possible breakage), reattach the finial through brazing, and then reset the glass. This process would have been time-consuming.
Thankfully, the PUK came to the rescue. I was able to weld the finial and add sterling to one of the partially missing bezel teeth touching the glass.
This, of course, would have been unthinkable using a torch, regardless of its size. Using this new technique was very exciting.
A more substantial repair was attempted on a 19th century silver creamer.
The problem was that three of its four legs had been detached and reattached with lead solder. This was an inane act. I was able to remove the lead from the legs, but couldn’t visually inspect the leg support interiors for assurance that I could silver solder the legs back on. Normally, I would have been forced to use a low-temperature tin/silver solder to reattach the legs, for high-temperature silver soldering would have allowed any remaining lead to “eat” the silver. This is where the PUK’s pulse arc technology allowed me to successfully weld with solid sterling wire, giving an invisible and substantially stronger attachment.
Suffice to say, I was impressed with the PUK. Since I work primarily in silver, which is the most difficult metal to weld because of its lack of resistance, I was ready to purchase a more advanced piece of equipment: The PUK 3s Professional. This welder was developed specifically to deal with the idiosyncrasies of silver. But before making the purchase, I wanted to contact tech support, as I had numerous questions. This was going to be the most expensive pieces of equipment I had ever bought, so I wanted to make absolutely certain this was the right decision. I was so impressed with the friendly and helpful support team, both in the US and in Germany, that I was absolutely convinced that this was the machine and company I wanted to be associated with. The three-year warranty also caught my attention!
Naturally when the PUK arrived, I immediately tore into the box and set it up along with the optional pivoting arm that would allow me to work on those larger pieces. It’s a beautiful machine, more like a piece of stereo equipment than a tool for a silversmith. The PUK is easy to use and understand, and I quickly realized how significantly it would enhance my advanced technical arsenal. I know when the next snuff box arrives with a cracked hinge knuckle that I won’t have to disassemble it to perform the repair. Just a few zaps with the electrode will put it back in working order. Isn’t that amazing? Tacking long seams together to be hard silver soldered will save the enormous amount of time it used to take to "wire-up."
Today, it’s extremely rare to find a company that builds a product to last, that looks great, and provides technical support from individuals who actually use what they sell. And yes, that’s amazing, too!
Saw, file, pliers, PUK. If I had to rank the most important hand tools the goldsmith uses every day, the PUK would be at the top of the list. Because a small welding point here and there significantly shortens the work involved in individual work steps.
I have worked with the PUK for almost 8 years and am confident that I am familiar with its applications, especially since I also have many years of experience with the earlier model, the PUK2, and have recently begun using the Professional plus, a model that is even more sensitive and well-engineered.
People like me, who use traditional craftsmen's techniques and a small selection of machinery regard the PUK, to be practically as useful as a Swiss pocketknife. Especially those "fiddly" little routine jobs like the repair of broken chains - apply a welding point and it's done. I wouldn't want to have to do the work without this convenient little tool with the name of a kid's bike (PUKY).
Welding with the PUK is not only a new joining technique; it is a fundamentally new method for designing with metal. What makes the PUK welding technology unique is its very broad application that, together with all of the conventional goldsmith and silversmith technologies, multiply into many new designs either with classical or with less orthodox materials. PUK technology is a contribution, an opening of new work horizons, which a highly qualified expert who works with metals, or equally a layperson or someone just interested in metal design, will deal with from the ground up.
For me personally, the PUK welding technology made an entire range of new work with titanium and other metal combinations possible where I could really unfold my creativity; and I have still not reached the end of the capabilities the PUK welding machine provides. The PUK welding technology is still at the beginning of the real uses its creative and innovative potential can be put to.
I have had my PUK welding device since 2006. For a long time I had looked for a joining technology that I could use for my work with titanium. A material that is lightweight, resistant to environmental influences and relatively easy to work with. That first became possible with the PUK welding device.
The investment made in the PUK device not only made sense back then; it was also undeniably profitable from today's perspective.
Following my initial training phase with the new device, I recommended it to many of my colleagues and even to technical schools and colleges. Some bought the PUK, and all are now more than satisfied.
Recently, as my friend Jura Golub put it very well as we were discussing the PUK: "I can no longer imagine how I managed earlier without the PUK." Work is faster, more efficient and cleaner with the PUK. Even when planning the work, you think about how to use the PUK welding technology just to make the work easier.
What we both agreed on: the special contribution of the PUK welding device is the smooth, problem-free soldering it makes possible; because it really does save the NERVES.
Tacking the pieces to be soldered before doing the actual soldering is an enormous help in the work done today. What always involved a lot of effort before, binding together with binding wire or securing with various improvised supports, soldering while almost holding your breath so that the pieces didn't move, is now completely easy work – even a joy – with the PUK. Now the pieces to be soldered always stay where they were positioned. Even the tacking can be adjusted. Then you can take your time and do the soldering.
Soldering really becomes fun. The PUK makes a significant contribution to a goldsmith's quality of life.
PUK fine welding workshop from November 28th to December 3rd, 2011 at the University of Applied Sciences for Gemstone and Jewellery Design in Idar Oberstein. Workshop Director, Petr Dvorak.
Lampert and Horbach provided four and one new 3s plus welding devices respectively, which were each equipped with a Mezzo microscope and three lamps; and we also had two PUK2 series devices.
None of the participants in the workshop had practical experience with the PUK fine welding technology or detailed information about the PUK's functions. Except for the fact that there's a device on the table in the goldsmith's workshop that only few use.
Around 16 students participated in the workshop, and others learned about its functions and uses.
As already mentioned, this was the first experience with another type of welding technology for all of the participants.
To begin with, only the various pulse versions of the device were tried out in order to develop a feel for the pressure required for applying electrodes to the material so the electrode does not "stick" to it.
Afterwards various types of welds, such as wire and sheet metal joining and the graphic treatment of the metal surface, were tried out and a small sheet metal and wire project then completed later.
The first steps with the new technology were attempted with various degrees of dexterity.
Generally, the students who had more experience in soldering were better able to apply the theory and take advantage of the fine welding technology in their test projects.
Understanding or coming to grips with the PUK welding principle, how and when and for which materials the technology can best be used, depends entirely on having enough time to practice with the PUK.
Increasing familiarity with the welding device's potential continuously develops creativity and the range of applications it can be used for.
Hence the recommendation to the university administration to acquire a 3s plus series PUK.
The PUK was – and is – a great help, particularly in the reproduction of the imperial crown of the Holy Roman Empire and other insignia. I find the PUK indispensable for soldering the mostly extremely delicate fittings onto the base plates.
Especially in large silver pieces, there is always some distortion that makes soldering difficult.... The PUK makes it possible to secure the fittings and decorative elements, so they do not move during soldering.
What was impossible earlier is now possible today.
Acquisition of the PUK 3 professional plus and how it was integrated.
An advert landed on my desk one day along with the general trade literature. I was just about to put it down when I noticed a box with two buttons and a large display. It looked interesting. What kind of box was it and what can it do? Lampert Werktechnik didn't mean anything to me back then. But that quickly changed.
What I read in the description of the device was interesting. It can also be used to weld, with or without external material. This suddenly aroused my interest. The device promised a lot of features that I did not yet have. Above all, producing metal connections that could not – and still cannot – be produced with my hydrogen welding device. I immediately had concrete ideas about what I could do with the device. So I drove to Münster to see the device for myself. There they were, the three, one more attractive than the other, including the small "PUK 111" but that wasn't the one I was interested in. No, it was the "PUK 3 professional" and the "PUK 3 professional plus" that had awakened my interest. "Plus" meant a bit more 'oomph' for the money.
I was there where I could test them out and it soon became clear that it would be the welding device with the additional power. Now I only had to wait 14 days for it to be delivered. Hmm, the next question was where to put the PUK? Putting a device with the PUK's smart looks on my cluttered table covered with electronics, clock repairs, electroplating equipment and other general work just wouldn't work. The infrastructure was already available. Cable, power and compressed air were all already there. The hose line for the argon was quickly installed.
After several hours of planning, my workshop turned into a joiner's workshop for several weeks. I made and installed a drawer for the 10 litre argon cylinder in the workbench. Once the lower cabinets were finished and the 95 kg tabletop had been precisely installed to the millimetre, it was time for the set-up.
Meanwhile, my PUK 3 professional plus had been delivered. Now, for the first time, I could mount the speedster and make the front frame. The set-up slowly took shape. The aluminium panels with the individual displays had already been made and fitted. The compressed air, propane gas, hydrogen gas, argon and the electronics were then installed. And even the front panels with the controls were finished. It took eight days to finish the complete set-up with the PUK, the shelf for soldering accessories and the drawer.
So that cables would not lie loose on the table, I ran the lines for the microscope, the lighting and the shutter together in a braided sleeve. Plug in the coupling, trial run, ready.
This is how the PUK 3 inspired me to set up and build a complete goldsmith's work centre.
The PUK2 saves a lot of time in the preparation of mountings and makes fast repairs possible, even on delicate stones.
We use PUK equipment from Lampert for more than two years and we discovered since them the limitless possibilities of gold and silver welding.
Work, that till then, required a lot of attention, concentration and often repeated unsuccessful attempts were forgotten.
With the PUK3 equipment we can perform precision work required in the Haute Joaillerie world. Moreover, PUK 3 is used for very fine welding: for very small locks, for jewelry with pearls, for those with enamel, for jewelry with stones that do not withstand open flame soldering operations.
The PUK 3 is an easy to use equipment, an ideal device for professional welding. We are very pleased with this device and what it can provide. It’s a real pleasure working with the PUK 3.
Working with the PUK opened up new possibilities for me!
For a long time I had thought about buying a PUK. And then about a year ago, however, I took the decision quickly and quite easily. The excellent advice provided by Thomas Krükkert, who works for Flume, clinched it for me.
Following a personal orientation in my goldsmith's shop by Mr. Krükkert, I was able to test the PUK for a week. The result: I was delighted!
The week went fast, and the PUK was picked up again. I realised immediately that I had to have the PUK. I could hardly wait until it finally arrived. For me personally, working with the PUK is easy and enormous fun. About 6 months later, during which I had refined my skills, I took part in a workshop at Flume in Essen. I can really recommend this; the exchange of ideas with other people like me, and the different questions and issues faced by the participants in real life were discussed critically from different perspectives and provided me with another enormous breakthrough in working with the PUK.
Working with the PUK opened up entirely new horizons for me.
Whether doing repairs or working with gemstones, I can be completely innovative. There are virtually no limits. And service work should also not be sneered at. From soup spoons to spectacles, repairs are no longer an issue.
Once you are familiar with its use, there are only a few materials that "unfortunately" cannot be worked on. I stress "unfortunately" because I have to point out that working with the PUK can be addictive. I find myself thinking: I'll just solder this on!
Everyone who has begun working with the PUK knows: of course, that doesn't always work! Even here there are limits, but the excitement connected with finding a solution to the problem becomes a challenge! This turns the most daunting repairs into exciting test projects!
Give it a try! Will I succeed? 90 percent of the time: YES! Last week, I gave my assistant an orientation course in how to use the PUK. She was immediately hooked by the PUK bug. For her too: PUK addiction!
Conclusion: The PUK combines fun with a challenge and exciting possibilities! These possibilities can be developed and harnessed according to the user's ability. Do without the PUK? Unthinkable! My thanks to Lampert for designing such an innovative tool and, of course, to Thomas Krükkert who competently answered all my questions with his in-depth expertise.
I looked for a solution that would allow me to join objects made of embossed bronze sheeting so that the object's body and the welds/seams are all the same colour after a patina forms. I wanted to make not only jewellery but also larger pieces such as vases, bowls and serving pieces, containers, etc.
I was able to test and experiment with the PUK for a week, and the result convinced me. I have now worked regularly with the PUK for three years and can confirm that it has saved me a lot of time (and nerves) in creating the products I make. Working with the PUK is very clean. Long welded seams look like "stitching", which initially I ground down so it looked more like cast bronze. On the other hand, the fine "seams" have their own appeal so if they fit, I leave them. They give the object an unmistakeable touch.
Our jewellery workshop is located in the northeast of my home country and it all started with a hobby in the 90’s.

Today we have gained a lot of experience, and now we carry out jobs of different complexity and try to satisfy every wish of our customers.
In December 2012 I finally made up my mind to purchase a PUK04 and I have to say with total conviction – I am fully satisfied with this machine!
From that time on most tasks are completed with just the PUK and the few days the machine is not in use can be counted on the fingers of one hand.
Now the repair jobs which would have taken us one hour, are finished within 10 – 15 minutes. Moreover we do not need solder or time for cleaning and finishing which is always necessary after soldering with flame.
I have to admit that PUK04 is simply irreplaceable for repairing jewellery with stones! Of course we do not completely leave out the soldering, as, from time to time, there are jobs for which soldering is essential.
Even curb chains down to 0.6 mm thickness are welded without any loss in quality. Furthermore, the chain shows no discoloration as it would do after it has been soldered – this is a great advantage! Something tougher is welding silver – but is also manageable. It is probably because of lack of experience with welding this metal, but we live and learn and the sky is the limit.
I also bought the pivoting arm for my microscope. It helps me with restoration of bulky pieces. I could write a lot more good things about this device, but unfortunately I do not have the time for it…

When I bought my PUK, the new PUK04 was just released. Lampert was so kind enough to change my order to the new model. And I’m very pleased with the functionality! The reason that I chose for the PUK is that you can weld everything: gold, silver, titanium, steel,… It's very precise, thanks to the microscope. I can do more precise weldings than with the classic way of welding. When you get the hang out of it, it's very fast and precise. I can do reparations of jewellery that wasn't possible without a PUK or Laser. The price is also better than a laser welder. Once you are used to it you can't work without it!
I've been using PUK technology since 2003 with great success and it has made it possible for my business to develop over these years. By adding PUK 04 into my workshop it has brought me even further.

The first contact with the PUK that I made was during my master course: Thanks to the good cooperation of LAMPERT (the Lampert company) and the HWK-Würzburg (Chamber of Crafts) it was possible for the master students to practice one whole day with the device and gather their own experiences. Although I had heard about the existence of so called pulse arc welders, but I had never seen one.
At our first meet I was pleased of the simple, intuitive operation and wide range of functionality. After I had finished my master’s certificate and had started working in the goldsmith Jutta Rother in Neumarkt, the PUK was the first on my personal wish list. Soon it was purchased and set up for welding right away. In an initial enthusiasm I started to weld almost anything: ring rails and handles, locks and claws, eyes and pins,…
After now two years of experience with the PUK, a more thoughtful way of use has adapted itself: The PUK is still practically in daily use, but you learn where it is better to use it, and when but other techniques are useful: A setting that is soldered is, in most cases, more durably connected with the ring band, but thanks to some PUK welds it sits exactly where you want it and can not slip, even while soldering. Pores which emerge only for example in a nearly finished piece are - cleaned and with the appropriate welding setting – are often history with a "shot" – before the PUK, you had to work with the flame then, and much cleaning work started all over again ...
At our workshop, the PUK is always used where it is most effective: for special materials such as steel, for reinforcing prongs, or just when setting fixation points before soldering. A few minutes with the PUK often save hours of anger. And the PUK also enables us to do works that were simply impossible before: the welding of wires and grommets in the immediate vicinity of beads and stones, the repairing of finest compounds without weakening surrounding areas by heat or destroying surface finishes - in short, a variety of very precise work on sensitive structures.
Mr. Heinrich from the company Flume was very helpful to us while installation helpful and gave us a comprehensive briefing. With this solid foundation, anyone can quickly familiarize with the PUK and gain the necessary experience. Quickly you get an understanding of the various programs and of choosing the right settings (we are working with a PUK 3s Professional Plus, the PUK 04 has become here even much more comfortable!).
For matters that still appear from time to time in the daily work with the PUK, I have found a very competent adviser, Mr. Weise from the company Lampert. He regularly provides me the latest tips and advice (the best tips are also presented in the e-mail newsletter!), and informs about news and technical accessories.
The PUK has made our goldsmith, in both the repair and the production, more effective and enriched it with a lot of possibilities. I have built up an almost loving relationship with our "Pukki" and don’t want to work without him. Each artisanal goldsmith has a valuable helper at his side with the PUK!
Working with the PUK was an enormous relief, especially when attaching the “oak leaves” to the frame of the crown. In daily workshop routine, the PUK is a great asset.
The PUK lets me use new mounting techniques because metals can be welded directly onto gemstones. When working with titanium for jewellery, the welding technology is indispensable because soldered connections are not possible.
But I use the PUK primarily to secure the individual pieces of a workpiece before soldering. This considerably simplifies assembly and saves a lot of time compared with temporary connections using binding wire or clamps.
The PUK's small size allowed me to install it directly on the workbench, which eliminates the need for changing places in order to work with the PUK.

PUK welding is amazing!
Five years ago my studio was destroyed due to a heavy flood and I didn’t know what I was going to do. All of my tools and equipment were lost and it took time to rebuild my studio and the business.
As I browsed through the Bijoutil catalogue I noticed the PUK welder and wanted to know more. After using and testing the machine I very quickly made up my mind to purchase one hoping that I would see a return on my investment as it was not cheap.
Very quickly I realised that I had made the right decision!! I now use the PUK at least 3 hours per day and couldn’t live without one!
I was commissioned to make a branch/small tree of plum blossom by Nina Campbell to go out to China where she was designing the interior of a new house. It was to be made in bronze, for the trunk and twigs, with 18 ct yellow, green and red gold flowers. Attaching the flowers to the branch would have been very difficult without the PUK3 welder, I would have had to drill, peg and glue the flowers and leaves on which didn’t appeal to me.
The PUK3 was the answer and worked very well with the two metals. I also used it to weld on the smaller twigs and to texture the joints. The texturing was the most fun, being able to change the settings to build up areas to look like moss and adding extra metal to make lumps and bumps. I also used the welder to attach the legs to the grasshopper and butterfly.
The tree was too big to go under the microscope so I had to devise a way of using the welding/electrode pen free style. To do this I had to wear two pairs of magnifying glasses and a pair of green protective glasses clipped together. The lighting was difficult. I started with a 200 watt light bulb with an aluminium foil reflector but it didn’t quite do the job so I brought a very bright potholing torch which attached to my head and shone the light where ever I looked, it was brilliant and enabled me to work all over the tree easily.
I also used it to stitch the long seams on drawn tube I was using for the stems of a 120 cm tall buttercup I was making before soldering them and to make knee joints for some spiders I had commissions for.
I have many more ideas as to how to use the PUK3 welder to apply different metals to each other. I’m looking forward to developing them.

I have purchased PUK3 professional plus welding machine together with a microscope at March 2010.
We were outsourcing laser welding operation which was functioning quite well. At the some cases we have not satisfied for the welded parts, furthermore we were losing time during transportation.
As a result of this we have decided to invest laser welding machine. We have decided to invest PUK welding machine because of expensive prices of laser welding machines.
After using PUK, we have achieved all outsourced welding operation in our control with flawless manner and we have saved transportation time. In addition, we have eliminated the risk of copying our products by others.
Before PUK we were doing all our weldings with flame. Flame welding is having high risk for polished or stone set products. After using PUK we have abolished this risk, welding procedure became faster, more practical and flawless. We had a great advantage for ring stretching /shrinking and welding ring shank processes.
I can list PUK advantages as follows; especially welding risk of stone set products has abolished, productivity (quality and velocity) has increased, error-free running , portable (easy to move wherever that we want), less consumable materials.
Compounding two-colour stone settings or welding is the final process of the product are examples of the device benefits.
Teknik Dokum’s training was very useful. We have not needed any additional support since March 2010. We have not faced any problem with PUK.
Producer company Lampert has produced user friendly and durable machine.
